| got calls and texts while at an xmas party from our downstairs neighbor saying there was water coming through their ceiling light fixture. They turned off the water supply and when we got home he came up and saw that our hot water heater closet was completely dry. plumber came the next day and couldn't figure out or see what happened. It hasn't happened since. We were freaked out because our next door neighbor's hot water heater did break and dump water on their downstairs neighbors but that didn't happen to ours. We did get it replaces a month later. |
