| after like 10 days off from running i started running in those shoes again and started hurting again and then it dawned on me maybe it's the shoes. So I finally looked up "heel drop" and bought these On cloud Cloud surfer 2 shoes with a 4mm drop instead of the 12mm from Brooks, as a way to ease into getting to a 0mm drop shoe in the future. The low drop shoe did seem to work. Of course striking more often on the ball of yoru foot vs the heel there are other things that take that shock like your hips so i have to be tuning my running as I age which sucks |
