| So I made Farcis Provencaux with the ball zucchinis, tomatoes, and onions |

| it turned out amazing, arguably better than at Chez Janou but I went off script with the spices cuz we didn't have several of the needed ones so I don't know what I did and don't know if i can duplicate these results again but I'm sure gonna try. Stuffed onion is awesome |

| Jen got these cocktail glasses a while ago and we had people over for an Amelie movie night and a guy in the movie orders a Maresque and they use these same glasses in the movie! |
