| Adia and Mason. Adia is a famous "Southern Gothic" singer and songwriter and is an NPR darling and has had a song on Obama's fav music of the year list twice. Husband Mason is also in the bad but also a structural engineer and super nice and everyone loved him |

| I gave my speech in japanese and english but was very underprepared with writing it and memorizing difficult words and sentences. Also because it was supposed to be after dinner not after lunch so i thought i had 5 hrs to work on it. I even had to borrow bob's glasses cuz i had to read a lot of it off my phone. I hate doing speeches reading from something, i like it to look like its coming from the heart on the spot. Anyway they said it was good and was good that it was in japanese also. I spent 4 months doing LingoDeer japanese level 2 every day for like 45 min a day and as always there ain't nothing like being in the country and forced to use japanese that will get you to learn more in 4 days than in 4 months. App learning is also almost not effective for me at least. |
