trip to the Kansai region again, starting with Osaka. I stayed at vivi and eisuke's house in Osaka.
the awesome shinkansen. so much leg room. such a nice smooth ride.
somewhere in osaka
small cheap but awesome robata-yaki restaurant somewhere near that photo in osaka somewhere. i went to one in new york next to the new york times building and it was really expensive.
so at robata-yaki places the guy gives you your dishes on this wooden paddle thing. there was one guy manning the grill and doing everything for the whole place.
tako san weiner, weiners cut to look like octopus. these are a kids thing for lunch or festivals and stuff but i never had it before and it was on the menu so i went for it.
hair magic again? or just osaka friendliness. 2 random girls i met sitting next to us.
a gatcha gatcha capsule machine where you get a key and then unlock the corresponding price door below.
the dudes
taxi ride home.
you can see osaka castle from their house.
shotengai shopping street.
vivi
tuna chart.
forgot what this is but the package is awesome.
the logo for the some japanese soccer team is a 3 legged raven. its good luck or something and there is a whole story but i don't have time to wikipedia it again.
no one knows what this is.
huge bamboo shoots.
the many delicious fish from japan.

Hey. May I know what is the name of that robatayaki place you went to? I will be traveling to Osaka/Kyoto/Tokyo next spring. And the robatayaki place looks interesting. I found one in Tokyo but it's really expensive.
Cheers!
